I’ve made it to Cherbourg and the first of two stops: Ny-Ku Byun Elders Village.
Ny-Ku Byun Elders Village is a residential aged care and respite centre provided by Pinangba, an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander-led arm of UnitingCare. The centre offers residents several shared areas, including dining rooms, gardens and chapel. In addition to regular aged care services they also offer specialised dementia and palliative care.
Ny-Ku Byun is conveniently located near many community ammenities including shops, medical and community services, parks, church and entertainment, which can be accessed by the site-owned bus.
