Made it to Nhulunbuy and the first of a few stops while I’m here; the East Arnhem Regional Council.
EARC provides a range of services to the Angurugu, Galiwin’ku, Gapuwiyak, Milingimbi, Yirrakala, Umbakumba, and Ramingining communities of East Arnhem. Amongst other services they provide aged care and disability services including: Meals on Wheels, personal and in-home care, therapy support services (through an external provider), specialised transportation, medication prompts and delivery, welfare check and case management services.
