I’ve made it to Townsville and my first of two stops is at the North Queensland Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporation for Aged and Disabled Care (NQATSICADC).
NQATSICADC is a 24/7 centre based respite service providing respite care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander persons who are older and/or have disabilities. They can provide day or overnight stays and weekend respite services up to a maximum of three months broken up throughout the year.
